Woodford County Planning and Zoning Commission meeting 12-13-07

Final Plat for 12 townhomes lots on Beech Street. The proposal for discussion are for the Woodamere Townhomes unit 1 modifying its plan as proposed by the applicant Kingdom Construction out of Lexington KY - and approve a plat depicting 12 townhomes lots that is currently zoned as R3 residential.
Final Plat for 84 real estate lots/units for Gleneagles subdivision. 2 requests are actually being made by the applicant (Ball Homes). Ball Homes is requested approval for 84 real estate lots to construct single family homes in zoning that is currently R1B on Gleneagles Ways unit 1B - and having some green space for landscaping buffer and common area for use of the residents in unit 1C.
A modification to a plat for a single family home that is currently located in R1B zoning with a physical property address of 5984 Crabapple which is known as unit 2 of Rose Ridge with Bob Matthews as applicant.
A family to family transfer of some property located at Troy Pike, that would modify the existing lot lines of real estate owned by Harold & Barbara Marshall to Jeff & Robyn Marshall and Kenneth Marshall. This would create 4 lots at the following addresses:

8759 Troy Pike
8765 Troy Pike
8769 Troy Pike
This property is currently located in the agricultural & conservation zoning district.
