Versailles KY Real Estate Development - Equestrian Park
Posted by Jordan Harpring on Tuesday, May 31st, 2011 at 4:00pm.The scope of the development is somewhat hybrid in that it includes commercial and office uses - with residential spaces located above those businesses and is being touted as "new urban development".
The real estate development contains approximately 11.92 acres and is being headed by Matt Matthews. The property is located at Lexington Road nad Maple Street. The property was used previously by the Woodford County KY Middle School ballfields, a gymnasium as well as parking lots.
The development appears to be doing well. 3 lots within Equestrian Park along Lexington Road and an additional tract on Laval Heights have already been sold. The project will be under full steam later this year in May or June.
Some of the commercial users that have expressed interest include doctors as well as some restaurants. Matthews intends to market his real estate development at the International Council of Shopping Centers conference that will be meeting next month in Atlanta.
Projections at this time anticipate a sell out of approximately 2 years.
